„He says he is sorry that Sungtrul Rinpoche’s program had to be postponed due to rapid spread of Covid19, but says on the other hand it is good as it is not safe for Sungtrul Rinpoche and his attendants to travel. Rinpoche said that we can postpone all programs until further notice.
He asked me to convey to all sangha members that he and Sungtrul Rinpoche will not be able to visit Europe in the first half of the year but they both hope to visit once Covid 19 (coronavirus) gets under control.
He says that bhutanese government restricted people to travel around the world for a few months and this is why they have to postpone their visits.
In Gangteng and all other gompas around Bhutan they are busy doing pujas and prayers to protect everyone from this dangerous virus.
He says: “Our prayers are for all the people who are infected from the disease and hope they recover soon and to all the people who are not infected be safe and take care, though we are far away from each other we join the heart as one and make the prayers together for the world peace.
Till now we have completed 100 thousand tshok offering for each, Lama norbu gytsa and Vajra kilaya and now doing 100 thousand tshok offerings for dakini Vajravarahi(dorji pangmo) and this will be completed by tomorrow, and again will be doing (mamo thrukkong) puja. And day after tomorrow will be conducting Guru Drakpo( wrathful guru) puja and with that will be also performing eight classes worldly gods( a very special puja). The puja is for world peace and to protect from the deathly disease corona virus to get cure quickly and to get virus controlled all over the infected countries.“

„Er sagt, es tue ihm leid, dass Sungtrul Rinpoches Programm aufgrund der raschen Ausbreitung von Covid19 verschoben werden musste, aber andererseits sei es gut, da es für Sungtrul Rinpoche und seine Begleiter nicht sicher sei zu reisen. Rinpoche sagte, dass wir alle Programme bis auf weiteres verschieben können.
Er bat mich, allen Sangha-Mitgliedern mitzuteilen, dass er und Sungtrul Rinpoche in der ersten Jahreshälfte nicht in der Lage sein werden, Europa zu besuchen, aber sie hoffen beide, dass sie Europa besuchen werden, sobald Covid 19 (Coronavirus) unter Kontrolle ist.
Er sagt, dass die bhutanische Regierung die Menschen für ein paar Monate hinsichtlich Reisen in der Welt beschränkt hat und dass sie deshalb ihre Besuche verschieben müssen.
In Gangteng und allen anderen Gompas in Bhutan sind sie mit Pujas und Gebeten beschäftigt, um alle vor diesem gefährlichen Virus zu schützen.
Er sagt: “Wir beten für alle Menschen, die von der Krankheit infiziert sind und hoffen, dass sie sich bald erholen, und für alle Menschen, die nicht infiziert sind, dass sie sicher sind und sich in Acht nehmen. Auch wenn wir weit voneinander entfernt sind, verbinden wir unsere Herzen zu einem und beten gemeinsam für den Weltfrieden.
Bis jetzt haben wir 100.000 Tshok-Opfer für Lama Norbu Gytsa und Vajra Kilaya und jetzt 100.000 Tshok-Opfer für Dakini Vajravarahi (Dorji Pangmo) gemacht. Dies wird bis morgen abgeschlossen sein. Wir werden wieder (Mamo Thrukkong) Puja machen. Und übermorgen wird Guru Drakpo(zornvoller Guru) Puja und damit auch acht Klassen weltlicher Götter (eine ganz besondere Puja) durchgeführt. Die Puja dient dem Weltfrieden und dem Schutz vor der tödlichen Krankheit Corona-Virus, für eine schnelle Genesung und für ein schnelles unter Kontrolle bringen in allen betroffenen Ländern.“
